Moving step I date without penalty?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'm not sure what your question is exactly, but I moved mine later than 5 days before (was originally scheduled on a Monday and rescheduled it the Friday before) but didn't get charged. I don't know why but I didn't ask any questions. I called prometric to ask how much it was ($90--same as no show fee), but I kept monitoring the site and date I wanted it at for something to open up, and when it did I switched my date online--had my credit card ready--but my confirmation said my balance was $0. So, if you are going to switch later than the time there is not supposed to be any charge (5 business days before your test) you might want to do it online rather than over the phone.

if you are talking about the moving your entire test period, you can but you will be charged $50. you have to apply for an extension. So instead of May-Jul test period, you can extend it to May-Oct test period.

Otherwise, you can change it up to 5 days before, with no penalty.
