Does the MPJE typically ask questions pertaining to medical marijuana in states in which its legal? I’m testing from an out of state school in which it isn’t legal, going to a state in which it is legal, so it was never addressed, specifically testing in Florida. Some of my prep materials include info and others don’t, just wanting to figure out if I should be wasting my time on it. Thanks!

It is illegal in the United States.

I get your point, stricter law will prevail, just trying to make sure, I’ve read multiple fl schools lectures that include the statutes.

Odd that the DEA isn’t storming all the dispensaries that openly advertise and sell it. Almost like it is a more complex issue than what you make it sound.

OP - I am not sure anyone is going to know the answer to your question since no one here writes MPJE questions (presumably) and people who take the test are sworn to secrecy and can have their scores revoked if they discuss test questions (I think?).

Generally speaking though my experience with the MPJE was that you should focus on the big ideas and not sweat the trivial details so much. Good luck!

If the MPJE asks whether or not jaywalking is illegal, the answer isn’t going to depend on the enforcement of the law. The answer is that it is illegal.
