The MPN is a noose to hang student borrowers with-- it states nothing that the lender is responsible for (like the advertised borrower benefits most of us are told to pick lenders by), but it makes sure the student borrower promises on pain of death to pay back everything on time with huge (but unspecified) interest. I can't believe law students of all people put up with such a totally unfair contract like that.
Medical students geting bamboozled and defrauded makes sense, but law students have no excuse for putting up with this fraud. They should be lobbying and suing.
