Does anyone know, if an individual had a hard time obtaining a job because they got a MPT instead of a DPT??

unless your school (MPT or DPT) doesn't adequately prepare you for the board exams, then no you shouldn't have a hard time getting a job. remember, although you have different degrees (MPT and DPT), you have the same license= equally qualified
