Hi, someone could tell me how I can differentiate between increased rates of transcription and mRNA stability ??

Chip-seq on RNA pol, or RNA pol processivity assay. Basically think of the various mechanisms for increasing TXN vs mRNA degradation.
 
I researched and I learned that mRNA stability influences gene expression in virtually all organisms, from bacteria to mammals, and the abundance of a particular mRNA can fluctuate manyfold following a change in the mRNA half-life, without any change in transcription
