MS Word Spellcheck for Medicine

Random Question: does anyone know a way to add all of the various terms and abreviations used in medicine the MS Word's spell check, other than just adding them to the dictionary one word at a time? I'm trying to write a couple of research papers,and it would be really helpful if I could spell check all my scientific terms.

You can find free custom medical dictionary files online and then just import it to your Word.
