Hey guys,

Doing my subi at a micu and really want to do well to get a letter in time for eras submission. problem is that I have a different attending every week and I won't see any of them rotate again in my one month period, just wanted some advice is getting a lor is even possible in this sort of setup? evaluations are also done by then with no input from the residents as per the site director.

That's a common situation. It doesn't take long for people to get a sense of you. Just do your best. If there is someone you seem to click with you can ask that person for a letter, or see if the rotation director wants to write a composite letter based on your evals.
