Hello everyone, Need some advice from you experienced anesthesia people out there. I have got a big crossroad. Situation A Enter internship wait for 2 years as general medical officer, then enter a residency with this institution and receive world class training put simply CA-1's 4/6 pass there written boards at a CA-3 level. Or enter residency at a civilian institution at a major school and finish anesthesia sooner. Is a high CA-1 score and world class training worth it or enter a mid to high tier residency and train straight through.
