MSAR tuition report question

i'm looking at these reports of tuition and are these yearly or by semester? or do med schools even have ''semesters?'' for example my state schools reports tuition of 18k so is that 18k or 36k for the year?

Thank God. That would be absurdly expensive (even more so) if it were semesterly!
