So if I have a patient who has shoulder pain and has a positive Neer test or pain during their range of motion, but no weakness. What would my workup be?
Would I just put no workup due to likely rotator cuff strain. Or would I have to order a shoulder MRI due to possible rotator cuff tear? Even if they have no weakness?
