For those of you who are applying or have applied in previous years to MSW programs, how many programs did you apply to? The entire application process is seeming a little overwhelming. I mean this in terms of taking the GRE for programs that require it and the thought of writing a different essay for each program you are applying to. Does anyone have any tips on tackling all of this? Every program seems to have a slightly different format for applying or the requirements for submitting material vary just slightly. Are there any experienced people who can give some advice on the application process? What did you learn from your experience that you wish you had known earlier on?
