Luckily, we've seen very little of this, most people are on amiodarone. It's not on formulary so we wouldn't have any new starts in the hospital. I'll definitely have these warnings in mind if I see someone in clinic on this.

Between this and Pradaxa it seems like these new "safer" alternatives to messy older drugs really aren't safer at all.
