If 100/100 students deposit money to "QWE dental school" but nobody shows up on the 1st day of class because they all decide to go somewhere else then what would happen next?

It's unlikely that 100/100 wouldn't show up
I was told during my interview that all schools will know how many deposits you have put down by April
You will have to choose by then
If for some really odd reason, someone decides to drop out after the first week of school
The school will probably move up the wait listed people
