Hey guys, do you know if it's possible to accept multiple schools and then cancel all but one in like February-March? I have an offer I have to accept by December 14th, but I'm waiting to hear back from other schools later this year or early next year.. so if I accept it by December 14th, will it have any effect on any later schools sending me offers or interviews?

Yes, and no, you'll just waste the money on the deposits of the schools you end up withdrawing later.

so losing the deposit money is the only down side? it doesn't actually affect the other schools' offers or anything?

Nope. Schools don't really share information about the applicants they accept unless the applicant may have done something egregious that the other schools feel like they should inform AACOMAS or all the other schools. Make sure you read the matriculation agreement you sign to make sure there are no clauses saying you must withdraw from any other school you apply to.

Thanks for the reply!
