Does anyone know how schools look at multiple GRE scores? Do they look at the highest score for each section from each attempt? Or do they just look at the scores from the latest GRE taken?

I think it depends on the school. If you go on the APTA website, some schools mention how they calculate GRE scores under "additional comments/notes" or something like that.

Our program takes the "superscore" approach which selects the highest component score from each test attempt as the score the program uses for admission purposes. For example, if test 1 scores were 148 Quant, 156 verbal, 4.0 writing and test 2 scores were 153 Quant, 152 verbal, 3.5 writing then the score we use for the applicant is 153 quant from test 2, 156 verbal from test 1, and 4.0 writing, also from test 1. Most programs will provide this information on their own website, not sure if this can be communicated well on the PTCAS directory page, but look around for it or contact the admissions personnel. Good luck!
