Hi,

I just got an interview at MUSC and was wondering what that meant in the scheme of things. I know that at some schools an interview means almost certain acceptance, while at others, an interview does not indicate an acceptance letter. Which is it like for MUSC?

If I remember correctly, they are interviewing like around 100-120 in state people for 51 spots. They take 3 or so out of state.

I just got an invite for interview from out of state, any idea how many out of state students they interview? Or what that means in the scheme of things?

I think there are now 15 OOS slots for an expanded class size. As far as in state goes, if you land an interview I think it's 1 out of 3 odds. There were 16 at my interview in September, most from Clemson and the rest were each from a different SC school, plus 3 or 4 from OOS.
