Does anyone know when MUSC generally starts asking for interviews? I haven't seen anyone mention this school in the interview thread. - Thanks

I have an interview there Oct. 3 and I heard from them mid-August.
Does anyone know if an out-of-stater like myself can get in-state tuition after 1 yr?
