I didn't even click the link. I've shown that video to so many people. YouTube is actually a pretty good study aide for bio I. Just search different keywords.

the first thing i thought when i saw the title was the harvard video. they showed in 3 of my classes.
 
Yeah, I saw this when it came out a few years ago; but I had no idea what was going on then.


I just took cell biology this semester, and my prof showed it to us at the beginning of the semester, telling us that by the end of the class we'd understand everything in the video. And he was right. Now I know exactly what is going on in every part of the video.

Cool thing is that the guy who animated it is an alum of my university.
 
Haha I didn't realize this was such a popular video, we saw it in my cell biomechanics class, and we all had a great laugh because the video tries to be so dramatic lol. Learning the cell bio behind the video is one thing... now imagine trying to learn the biomechanics behind all of it... kind of blew my mind (I dropped the class).
