I was home for break last week and was talking to my dad about next year at ICO and how I have to buy all the handheld equipment to do exams with. He then told me that he is going to give me his old phoropter! Thats the thing they put in front of your face and ask, "1 or 2, 2 or 3." You don't have to have your own at school, because they provide them in the labs and exam rooms, but I will have one to practice on in my room. He also has and old slit lamp in the basement I may try and steal from him. I'm going to have close to a whole exam room in my living room.
Eyegirl and Batlauren can then come over and we can have eye exam parties!
We once had and old chair unit in our garage, but my mom made my dad get rid of it a few years ago. 🙁
