Yup. And doing the book form Qbank that I got from a friend (for Im)
I don't know how useful it is to spend time on another Q bank(that too maybe old, as it's not online). But one thing that I learnt from my step 1 experience is to do more than 1 bank. So I'm passing by it, though honestly am worrying if I am wasting precious time that i should be doing uw and then later revising it. So double minded.
As for Kaplan the book, it explains more than MTB for sure. I never remember anything after reading MTB.

I have paused my uw for now, after doing like 200 mcqs of the entire bank.
I do uw exceptionally slow.

Hey, I'm loving the idea. Here's my chime in:

I went through 2 blocks of questions today (~80 questions in all). This would be Endocrine from the Kaplan Qbank. Clearly it was not the most productive day. Hoping to do about 2 blocks of questions tomorrow and watch Kaplan CK videos for Gastro. There are two, 3 hr ones and I'm hoping to get through at least one of them by tomorrow.

I started with Medicine at the beginning of my prep too. It takes FOREVER!! I would maybe mix it up with another subject to keep you motivated. I've been doing OBG intermittently.

Yes you are right. Although mixing it up for me, I'm not sure what it would do for my worsening ADD since there are so many topics in medicine that you can mix with each other. For example, it will sound weird but usually I'm doing videos of 1 topic and mcqs of another.
Meanwhile I have again paused my Kaplan bank. Since I was doing it from a book, it is all a random block, I can not customise it. Also a lot of people told me do uw and what are you doing etc etc and since I'm slow solving mcqs...like I can't go above 1 block a day. I v stared uw. Since whenever I start it will take its sweet time for me to do 1 block and make notes from it.
So currently, I'm going to start pulm uw. It would be awesome if I can do 1.5 blocks of uw and read Kaplan for gastro.
Also maybe try onlinemeded , I have found their videos better than Kaplan.
I shifted to that but it's your call whatever suits you. 🙂

I really wish to finish medicine, like Kaplan and uw and Kaplan book by 14th March . let's see if I can do that. I will be super happy with myself if I can 🙂
