So here is my plan until I apply in 2015. I will be graduating from undergrad in may. I am 24 years old and will be taking the rest of my courses at a CC.

Summer Session I
Gen Chem 1/Lab

Summer Session II
Gen Chem II/Lab

Fall Semester
Orgo I/Lab
Physics I/Lab
Bio II/Lab

Spring Semester
Orgo II/Lab
Physics II/Lab

Now here are the questions. I want to apply in 2015. I am 24 and frankly, am not getting any younger. I obviously will need to take the MCAT. It would be a good idea to take it more than once correct? Therefore, should I change things around and take physics in the summer as well so I will need to take is Orgo/Bio II in the Fall Spring. In this scenario, I feel I will be more prepared for the MCAT (May or June) with only an Orgo II course to take in the spring. I will be less stressed to cram information that I have just learned (see: physics). I'm a little lost and could use some advice. It just all seems so cluttered and I am stressing a bit.

Thanks.

No, you don't want to plan on taking the MCAT twice.

Your plan looks fine. I'd start light studying (reviewing concepts) for the MCAT in March/April then hit it hard once the semester ends and shoot for a late June exam. You'll still be early when your scores are released in July. I was in the first round of interview invites doing it this way.

Ok, great. I thought I HAD to apply in May if I wanted to apply early. That makes life a lot less stressful.

Ditto, your plan sounds good as-is. You don't want to take the MCAT more than once. Go to the MCAT subforum and search for study plans from those who did very well on it. Plan on spending 2-3 months studying for it and treat it as if it were another class so you don't procrastinate.

And you can try to apply in May, but you won't get far. AACOMAS opens June 1st. That's not to say you can't go ahead and fill everything out before then--just that you can't submit an application before 06/01.

You want to fill out your primary in June and have it ready to submit. That way, you'll be complete as soon as your MCAT scores come back. Verification takes a few weeks normally.
