Hi!
I took my exam on 23rd. It was a great experience. At first I was very nervous about the exam and the testing center environment. But thanks to god who gave me the courage and strength to fight throughout the exam.
On the first block which included Anatomy and Biochemistry my hands where shaking and my heart was pounding like crazy. But when I went through the first 2 or 3 questions I could hold my racing heart beat .After that it went smoothly. I was supposed to finish the first block (200 questions) within 3 and 1/2 hour but for my surprise I could finish the first block within 2 hours. I do not know how that happened. Anatomy was quite good but biochemistry as usual was tough and molecular biology was very tough. After that I took a break for 1 hour and had my lunch. Relaxed for some time and got started for the next one.
For the second part there was 200Qs and 3 and 1/2 hr time as well. Pathology was easy enough to finish within an hour. Dental anatomy was bit hard and every question required two step thinking and the remaining time was sufficient to complete the block.
My sources were Kaplan review book, Kaplan online questions, and USMLE First Aid and Dental decks. I hope this helps.
