So, i have been arguing with my girlfriend for the last couple of days, she wears those underwear like old mothers wear and i told her to change to thongs but she kept refusing...i tried to explain to her that they are like dental floss for her massive butt and she doesn't get it. So she thinks i don't appreciate her and today i finished my lab earlier than expected and went home to find this beach getting on it with a 4th year med-student.

So my question is, during what year (in the American system) do students get to rotate/do clinical work related to gynecology and could you explain in short the procedure?
