My name on the DAT registration

Hi everyone, I had a quick question.
On my identification, my name appears as i.e. Cat Ruth Smile
but when I registered for the DAT I registered with my first and last name only i.e. Cat Smile. In the fields, only the first and last name was required and the middle initial field was just optional. As my testing date approaches, I'm becoming paranoid! Would this be considered as my name not matching?

call up the center youre taking it at and ask them if its ok. explain your situation. better to find out for sure beforehand.

Something similar happened to me! I called ADEA and they told me I needed to fax a note requesting to correct my name as it appears on my ID or else at the prometric center they wouldnt let me take the exam... I suggest you do the same! 😉 gud luck!

I put the middle initial for that optional field when registering with ADEA too and the middle initial didnt appear for me on my confirmation receipt from prometric. My adea letter of eligibility had the middle initial though.

I talked to the receptionist and they told me that they are just looking for two IDs that match exactly with matching signatures. I'm bringing my drivers license and debit card with matching names and signatures. She said as long as your first and last name are there, you should be fine. Every center is different though, so it would be good to call and ask.
