My School is Changing It's Name

Ayup, the school where I'm doing my pre-med is contemplating changing its name and it's slated to finish the change (if the board approves the change) by September 2012. However, fall 2012 is when I'm planning to take my MCAT. So, my questions are:

• Do I have to list the name of my institution on my MCAT registration? On my FAP application?
• If the name changes after FAP approval or I write the MCAT, should I inform the AAMC?

AMCAS and the MCAT give you drop down menus to select the school you attend so I don't imagine it would be a problem.

Also, I would imagine the school would be the one responsible for notifying the AAMC, but it wouldn't hurt to call if you have any issues with it. Only do that after you've got an AMCAS ID and such, though.
