My score Withheld

Dear all,

Today received a letter from ADA that my score for NBDE2 was withheld because exam supervisor reported i was looking aside.

I firmly beleive this is wrong and it could be a mere coincidence that the candidate next to me was also seating for NBDE2.

I need help to decide the next coarse of actions.
