I've heard the rule/myth of the two week secondary submission deadline. I got my secondary invites very early on. For example, I got the secondary for this one school on July 5th, and I submitted it 7 days later. It sounds all good and stuff, but I didn't have my LoR uploaded until yesterday. How would that impact my queue in terms of reviewing by the adcom members? Do they go by the complete dates or by the submission dates?

Most schools go by complete date. The 2 week thing isn't a rule (except at a couple schools that give deadlines for when they want the secondaries), it's more of a guideline so that you don't fall behind and have a ton of secondaries sitting there for a month.

Obviously the earlier you're complete, the better, but you're fine. Nothing to worry about.
