hey everyone-

I'm a US MS-2 and just thinking of doing Qbank and BSS towards the summer. granted no one can really answer this question except me i suppose, thought i'd ask anyways.

When doing these Q's I was thinking of just doing them and then looking at the answers right away. I'm assuming that's wht this qbank 'tutor' mode allows. I just thought that this would be a good way to do it just because it seems like this isnt like the mCATs where there's strategies to follow, you just gotta know the stuff cold. but moreover, it seems you have to learn how to apply it. I figure if i learn how its applied (via reading the right and wrong answers) this'll: A)let me learn the info B)Save time and do more q's.

Any thoughts? any one try this? then i guess the big concern is timing? well i was thinking about kind of intrapolating the time allotted per each q when i answer these q's.

Sound crzy or nl???

thanks

Sounds fine. We are taught to pay a lot of attention to each question (unless you know it cold) and to always try and figure out what the WRONG answers mean. Goljan says that the wrong answers, when studying, are often as i,portant as the right answers. I dont see any reason why 50 QBank questions couldnt take over 2 hours to do, when you consider you will be looking things up from time to time and making some notes.

what he said.

cool.....

yah i mean my concern is just that people think it's just circling answers and moving on instead of 'real test circumstances'. however, i feel like even when doing old test q's for classes, i get more out of this method.
