Ok so i got a 213/87 step I, 233/96 step II. 
to study i used
step up to medicine
FA for step II
usmle world
I took the exam my first month of 4th year. I strategically placed my medicine block at the end of 3rd year so I was pretty fresh for taking the exam. I used stepup medicine for my medicine shelf, and used the same for step II. it was the bomb book.
I used FA for everything else because I hate all other specialties. I annotated all the stuff i got wrong on usmle world into FA, which was alot...espcially surgery!
I had 3.5 weeks to study for step II. I started off with 45% on UW, at the end i improved to about 60-65%
. I took nbme form III and got a projected 220 😡 4 days before the real exam. I did much better on the real thing.
I guess if your above 60% youll do fine on step II.
