So here is how I am studying. My school gives us 6 weeks to study so that is 42 days. I took the number of pages of material in FA 2012 (526 pages) and divided them up. This comes out to 12.5 pages per day. I am burning those pages into my mind by pure rote memorization. By the end of the day, I can transcribe those 12.5 pages by heart onto blank paper, including the charts and graphs. I have 2 weeks left. I am so sick of this, you guys.

Shouldnt you have been doing 20 pages a day so you are not learning completely brand new material 1-2 days before your exam? I usually leave 1-2 days for reviewing hard things...but i dunno. havent taken boards yet.

Yeah. I've been using this site that my school got for us called, Exammaster. I'm not really a fan. This sucks guys. I feel like I am memorizing a phone book.

I think 12 pg/day is ok as long as you're reviewing them each day in the morning. I'd study smart especially comes down basic science syst like immuno. You won't remember everything abt IL1 vs. IL4. Dermatology is not a big topic in step 1.
Do qbanks that goes w/the topic. This should be your biggest source for gaining extra knowledge that is not on FA. DO NOT add in any other books w/ your pace.
save your most comfy syst for the last. Trust me... you'll be freaking out by then.
I've 2wks left only for my exam and freaking out like hell..... but at last we're all in same page and we can do it...

Don't even bother to do exam master... my school provides us that software and ain't worth your time + $$
