Rochester, Albert Einstein, Tufts, Dartmouth, Brown , Stony Brook, UCI, USC (Keck), Kaiser, U Central Florida, UMass, Pitt, Loma Linda, UCR, Duke, Stanford, Ohio State, University Cincinatti, Case Western, UCSD, Carle Illinois, UCI, USC (Keck), U of M, Northeast Ohio U, U Toledo (OH).

Also waiting to hear back from UCSF.

Stony Brook, Toledo and Northeast Ohio admit few non residents with no connection to the state. Carle is looking for applicants with an engineering background. You could add any of these schools:
