My stats are as follows:
CA Resident, senior in college
3.64cGPA
3.55sGPA
33R MCAT (12 BS, 11 PS, 10 VR)

Strong upward trend so far this sr year: 3.9

ECs
-Free clinic ~300 hrs with patient education, officer role
-university dorm staff position
-officer of a fraternity
-president of an ethnic club
-research for 2 years, with grants. senior honors project
-cancer awareness group officer

Gap year:
-More research

UCSF, UCLA, and UCSD seem like a bit of a reach, but I'm assuming you just want to apply to all the UCs just in case. Jefferson, Drexel, Temple, Tufts, and BU all get over 10,000 applicants a year so it's a little bit of a crap shoot for these schools. I'd apply, but I wouldn't rely on them. Georgetown, Rochester, Franklin, and Pittsburg seem like reaches too. If you're going to apply to Georgetown, I might as well throw in GWU (but once again >10,000 applicants a year). With 7? reaches and 5 schools with over 10,000 applications a year out of 24 schools that leaves you with 11 schools you have a good shot at. Personally I wouldn't be too confident with this list, but I don't know what to add. Maybe someone else can chime in?

But Franklin's median cGPA,sGPA, and MCAT are all lower than mine? :\

I could be mistaken I didn't look up Rosalind frankins stats on the MSAR. Disregard what I said then haha

Edit: Just looked it up, while your MCAT is the same as Franklin's median, their median GPA hovers around a 3.8.

Try Iowa, Vermont, a couple of the FL schools that accept OOS, Wisconsin (usually nice to CA)
