Is it true that the NERB has one of the highest failure rates compared to other regional board exams?
 
I think FL, HI and CA have that title!

The NERB has one of the highest failure rates in terms of "regional boards" but I believe those #'s are much less than those states with "individual boards" i.e.... FL, CA, HI....

Why the hell does Delaware need its own board? geeez!
