50 hours of shadowing is more than enough as long as you include primary care of some kind.
Add UCI, UCSD, UCSF, Drew and USC. Add Morehouse.
You can delete most of the rest unless you have a compelling reason to attend.

I am outside the 10-90th percentile for GPA and/or MCAT (even if they just considered my higher score) for UCSD/UCI/UCSF/USC am I not? Also my critical lacking of clinical volunteering is frightening. It seems I should be aiming for low tier MD or DO schools with my stats.

You have something we are looking for.
There is still time to volunteer.
