The National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions convened a Testing Task Force regarding the proliferation of Situational Judgment Tests like Acuity Insights Assessments and AAMC PREview in 2022, and just published their report after about a year of analyzing surveys, focus groups, and discussions. Many of the findings are consistent with our 2022 survey, and I hope that there will be follow-through on the recommendations made.

The HPSA/SDN SJT experience survey for 2023 will be launching soon. Please encourage your friends to be ready to provide their feedback if they participated in a SJT like Casper/Duet/Snapshot, PREview, Kira Talent, or any video format. We want to get responses from anyone taking these assessments within the last two or so years, including those for residency selection.
