Naming Priorities? (ochem)

What are the naming priorities for ochem? Like alcohols, alkanes, alkenes, ketones, aldehyde, carboxylic acid.

I always thought it was:

Carboxylic
Alcohol
Ketone/Aldehyde
Alkene
Alkane

But I have seen problems where Ketone if first priority over alcohol etc..

The more oxidized the group, the greater the naming priority.

Carboxylic
Ketone/Aldehyde
Alcohol
Alkene
Alkane
