Just had a quick question for people that will be taking the naplex or already have. When you want to check if a drug is appropriately renally-dosed or not and need to calculate a CrCl in order to check that, did you just use the IBW? Or did you actually have to just Adjusted BW if the person was 1.3x IBW or actual BW if they weighed less than IBW. I'm not sure how many questions require you to check for a drug being dosed properly, but I feel like it would waste a lot of time having to calculate their CrCl. Did you guys have to do this often on your test?
I know if I could a stand alone CrCl question, I'd take the long way and see if they were above 1.3 or less than IBW and go from there. But, I'm just asking about if you had to check to see the CrCl to see if a drug was dosed properly.
