I am taking Naplex in nov before that I had couple q's for them who took naplex recently(congratulations)
1. Calculations: except for applton and Lange which book everyones follows for calculations (I heard they ask many q's on calculations)
2. If someone did kaptest for naplex would you tell me how much would you be scoring while practicing those q's (I am scoring 55-60% which is scary )
3. except of APHA do you think other books should be reffered for rany thing ?
4. how important is to remmeber daily dosages? also normal values for each electrolyte in body.
5.q's from infectious diseases are straight fwd or trickey?(trickey in the sense they wud give how lab test for any gm -ve rod looked like ..may be like grape shape,lancet shape ..or colors after treating with dye and u have to identify which bacteria)
5.Compounding: wha tkind of questions of compounding they ask?
6.is it necessary to remember ratio of ingredient in birth controls or if you knew what is which phase is fine.
7. how much weightage on oncology,hiv and transplant,immunization (what kind of questions they ask?......should i really try hard to remember brand name on them ?
Thank you test takers..answers to this questions would really help me to end prepration for naplex as it looks like never ending..
