Im nervous too! I have been casually studying for a couple of months now and been intensely studying for the past few weeks. I take my exam this week. Yikes!! It is recommended that you start with the chapters that you feel you are less proficient in or are difficult or very important. In my case I started with Infectious disease 1 and 2, diabetes, HTN, CHF, and calculations. Math is easy but some questions can be tricky.Thank you for the response.
When you studied how did you know which chapters to start with? Did you complete the book in its entirety? Did you take the prenaplex?

I took my NAPLEX June 1 (Friday) and received my score on Tuesday afternoon. I scored an 87 on pre-naplex before serious studying and got a 102 on actual Naplex.
Studied pretty seriously for about 3 weeks and took the RxPrep comprehensive test.
I would definitely recommend studying with RxPrep if you can. It’s a good basis for most knowledge that you will need to know. Of course there’re going to be things you don’t know... but, in general, the quizzes provide you with a general level of everything that might be covered on the exam.
Test Day: you get a break at 2.5 hours, however you can actually take a break before that. Just keep in mind that the time will still be running. The calculator on the test is awesome, but you can also ask for a handheld “4-function” calculator.

I didn’t personally study anything outside of RxPrep! There were some questions on compounding so don’t forget to study that stuff!!Congrats to those that passed! A few questions to those that took the exam: 1) Did you have questions pertaining to USP 800- hazardous drug compounding? 2) Were there questions pertaining to new guideline updates? Ie- Jan 2018 ADA update on dual therapy regarding ASCVD pts, Feb 2018 update regarding 1st line tx for C. difficile no longer being flagyl...I'm wondering how quickly the exam reflects new guidelines/algorithms/drugs? I graduated a few years ago and failed my exam that year because I didn't finish on time. I used Rxprep then and have used pass naplex now since last year. However, I'm feeling anxious about taking the exam again and I'm afraid that I may not have all the materials I need to properly pass now? Your responses would be appreciated!

Thank you for your response! My rxprep is from 2016. That's why I'm afraid that I won't have sufficient information to pass the exam this year. The guideline changes I mentioned in my prior post were on rxprep's updates/errata page. Obviously, that didn't make the 2018 book. Did you find that those updates were tested on the exam? To clarify, when you say compounding questions do you mean USP 800 specifically? Thanks again!!
