If an individual has failed naplex, there is a mandatory 45 day waiting period before you are allowed to register to take the exam again.

my question is, if you pass naplex and then immediately attempt to register to take naplex again would the system allow you to do so?

you may wish to respond with "why would anyone do that"? and the answer is if someone believed they failed and needed to register again, so instead of just waiting 45 days to log back in to register they immediately attempted to do so. would the state grant testing and would you get an att or would you get a message to wait?

1) I doubt the system would let you re-register before results are released. If you are dumb enough to have failed Naplex, then you certainly aren't smart enough to be the first person to think of that loophole. Which means, if that loophole ever did exist, it no longer does, because it would have been changed after the first person took advantage of it.

2) The 45 mandatory waiting period is for YOUR benefit. If you failed Naplex, that means YOU need more time to study. You do not want to immediately sign back up and fail again, and that is exactly what would happen. I suppose there might be an exception where you were so sick you vomited all over you exam or something.....but that isn't what happened in your case, is it? Trust me, if you failed Naplex, you need to be doing some massive studying to learn the 4 years of material which you apparently never learned in pharmacy school. Most likely you will need more than 45 days of studying, but 45 days is the barest minimum.

So, go start studying.

Lol this... you think they really want to wait 45 days to collect another $500 from you?
