I just took the Naplex yesterday. Trying to get a feel for the exam. For the people that did take the naplex, what percentage of the exam would you say you felt confident on and did you end up passing?

I took the Naplex on June 15, while I was taking the test I kept a tally for the number of questions that I had absolutely no idea.
I ended up with about 50 on my tally sheet. Out of the rest ~200 questions, I feel confident in about 60-65% of them, and rest I was able to narrow the answers to 2 choices and made educational guess.
My score came back in two business days and I passed with a 90. Hope it helps!

60% - very confident
15% - not totally sure, but felt it was the best answer
20% - educated guesses
3% - no idea at all
1% - saw I missed something in a patient case on later screens, so I knew I got the question wrong
1% - not enough info on questions (didn't specify exact vs approximate conversion) or question no longer reflected current package insert info.

I passed in the mid 3 digit range.
