Does anyone know of other adverse event classification forms such as Naranjo scale?

Depends on the type of adverse event. For example the Rumack-Matthew nomogram for APAP hepatotoxicity. I believe the Child-Pugh score is also for hepatotoxicity (drug induced disease).

Renal adverse event. (Increase SrCr/decrease in GFR).

I looked at the WHO scale, it's slightly better than Naranjo IMO, trying to re-write the probable/likely section to better fit my organization.
