NAU

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I got into the Phoenix Campus 🙂 I interviewed in Flagstaff on Friday at 1:00PM

Congrats to everyone!
Congrats SunLovinPT! We should start a FB group for our class as soon as possible!

Edit: If you plan on attending, that is! Will you accept, or are you considering other programs as well?

Congrats! Now we can finally relax a little 😀
No lie. NAU was the only school i applied to and when i found out how many applicants there were i instantly regretted it. I feel so relieved its unreal

Oh I'm going to NAU for sure! It was my top choice! 🙂 Yes, lets get a group going for sure! I will send you a private message with my name so we can find eachother on facebook!

Out of state (CA) and got my acceptance for Flagstaff. My top choice so I will be accepting. Congrats to those who got in, best wishes to those waitlisted, and condolences to those who didn't.

My acceptance letter was sent to my spam folder... Attending Phoenix campus. Congrats to all who got in, and condolences to those who did not.

By the way, did anyone who is not currently taking classes (and, thereby, did not list it on the application as planned/in progress) receive the following blurb in their acceptance letter?:

It is important to note that any prerequisite courses that you listed on your application as planned or in progress, must be satisfactorily completed by the end of spring 2014 semester/quarter. Please make sure that an official transcript, which includes these courses, is sent to the Graduate College, PO Box 4125, Flagstaff, AZ 86011 upon their completion.

Yes, i got the same clause. Im sure they did a universal acceptance letter with the ole "Dear (insert name here)" as the only custom field. They just stuck this clause in to cover their basis.

Congratulations to our incoming class! I'm a 1st year student at the Phoenix Biomedical Campus and can add any incoming students to our PBC NAU PT group (all current PT classes) and the PBC community group (open to all PBC students). PM me with your email address and I'll add you ASAP. Still a great idea to get a class of 2017 group together.

Feel free to contact me with any other questions you have. See you all in the Fall!

The group is called NAU (Phoenix Biomedical Campus) DPT Class of 2017 feel free to join 🙂

I was waitlisted at #29 last year and I got in, there were 2 people after me that got in as well.

Thread bump because I'm dying of laughter right now.

Once you submit the NAU internal graduate school application, they send you an email about setting your account in myNAU (premature much?). Anyway, there are four password verification questions during the password setup. One of the questions reads "What is your quest?"

I figured I'd be clever and typed in "To find the Holy Grail", but they outsmarted me!!! An error popped up saying literally this:

"Please note the following error: While your knowledge of Monty Python is appreciated, we cannot accept this answer for your quest at the time. Please choose a different answer."

NAU wins a lot of points from me today.

Oh my gosh the same thing happened to me!! I thought it was hilarious and took a screenshot of it and sent it to all my friends haha. But really, if they don't want Monty Python references as answers, they shouldn't something like "what is your quest?" as a security question
