hello,
I came from india just two days back.will it be late if i give my NB part 1 ard 15th novembr for applying in univeristies like UPENN(WHOSE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS 22 DEC).like it wud take another month or so for the result to be declared, that's ard 15th dec.Will my late application be negative point.
