NBDE materials

I am a very new beginner. I want to take NBDE, but I don't know what materials/books should I use. Please anyone tell me from where should I start? Should I attend courses in Kaplan? Or can I do it by self learning??? Please share more experience...from the very beginning. Thanks a lot 🙂
