Hardest exam so far. My advice, It is not a piece of cake! Work Hard.
The material I used is :
* First Aid ( Anatomy)
*B & B dental app (All in detail along woth it's book)
*300 dental facts
*100 TMJ facts
*Asda exams ( available in most of the sites for free)
* Dental decks (Pathology)

I used B & B app and I find it the best so far. Most of the questions I got in exam were straight from their videos. For anatomy, I used first aid as well to be on a safe side. But if you don't have sufficient time, just go with their 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks study plan.
Dental Decks for me were too much. I had a very little time for preperation but I think I did well without them as well.

Best of luck and keep going because it's just a beginning.
