NBDE Part II attempts

Does anyone know if the new rule applies to both NBDE Part I and Part II or just Part I? So basically I am asking if we can retake Part II after December 2009? Thanks ahead of time 🙂

we have 3 attemps. If you fail those 3 times you have to wait a year to re-take it..,and get 3 more times...I just called the ADA for information, but they didn't day anything about a new regulation for 2010. i you want call, and let me know...
