NBME 12 Curve? Harsh?

I only got a 210 on NBME 12, but then that after seeing how many I actually got right...I got 77% correct...That was only a 210, seriously? Will someone please post other score conversions on that test? 77% only being a 210 seems very harsh.

Are all the NBMEs like this? Is the real Step 1 like this?

91% = 252. If i get a 91% on the real thing I better have a 270 hah

Damn, looking at what I missed, half of the stuff were very straight forward questions that I just missed because of something stupid like misreading the question. That was my first NBME and took it after studying for half of the day first. Gonna take another and see how it goes.

220 on NBME11. I didn't do any further content review in between last night and this morning. So the 10+ has the nothing to do with not knowing the material. Also, despite thinking NBME12 had a harsh curve, NBME11 was more or less the same.

Taking the test under the same conditions is real important. Yesterday took it after 5-6 hours of Pathoma first and took it in the evening. This morning did it right after waking up. Big difference. Still a lot of work to do in these last 2 weeks, though! Not satisfied by a 220 by any means, but definitely nice to see I'm not actually hovering around a 210 when I'm fresh.
