Hi guys:

1. 60-year-old man with hx of with progressive shortness of breath with exertion. Dx with dilated myocardiopathy and atrial endocardial biopsy showed abnormal sarcomeres with paracrystalline inclusions in the mitochondria.
Answer: decreased protein synthesis. Why?
