NBME 3-digit score correlation?

I notice we only get one of those "300-800" 3-digit scores from NBME form 4/5 score reports.

How do we adjust this to an actual USMLE 3-digit score prediction?

Unfortunately there is no definite answer to your question.
What I and other candidates usually do is converting your nbne score to percentile and then find the actual usmle score that corresponds to that percentile..
otherwise you can just read the experiences that other candidates post every now and then.
